Meet CaJu

A bit about our story

CaJu was born from the combined vision of two Northeast Brazilian women and a Turkish speaking Cypriot who have dedicated their careers to project management and solution design in the public policy, socio-environmental responsibility and biome conservation sectors.

We are motivated by a feeling of nonconformity with the reductionist view of environmental movements towards traditional communities in Brazil and Latin America. We want to establish a new working model as consultants, one that understands these traditional populations as an essential actor in the biodiversity of our social and environmental systems.

As part of this journey, our company has added consultants who are essential to the high standard of service provided by our team. Find out more about our team in the section below

Our culture

Our people are what make CaJu a unique consultancy. Driven by the desire to build organisational development processes based on the voice and needs of the communities we work with, our team works within a decolonial and community-based approach that offers companies and organisations a healthy bridge to social relationships that are conscious of hierarchical, colonial and marginalising behaviours.

We firmly believe in giving our employees a voice. Our teams are assembled with the help of our resident psychologist to ensure maximum productivity and engagement.
