Our multidisciplinary team works to produce intersectional solutions that integrate the notions of environmental conservation, decolonisation and climate justice to produce customised solutions for each type of challenge and reality. This is channelled whether the client needs an impact and effectiveness analysis, a problem analysis or the design of solutions and their implementation.

Technical research for the production of public policies
Our work in this field is a source of great pride for our team! Driven by the desire to create an impact that will benefit future generations in an equitable way, CaJu and its partners at Qualy Metrics work together with public sector figures, such as councillors and MPs, to use the data gathered in our research into technical data that supports the construction of public policies, educational booklets and advocacy campaigns with the aim of generating climate justice, mitigating the effects of environmental devastation and strengthening our traditional and peripheral communities.

Courses and training
In partnership with Qualy Metrics, we provide customised training in the areas of socio-environmental development, biome preservation, community approaches and equity, diversity and inclusion, and adapting teams to work in regions of social vulnerability with a focus on combating unconscious and confirmation bias.
